Photograph a paper receipt, or screenshot a bill from Alipay, WeChat, PayPal, a bank or a store, and it picks out the amount, merchant, date and category and logs it for you. A Shortcut lets you import in one tap, and you can watch progress on the Dynamic Island. It uses your own AI key, and that key only ever lives on the phone.
